Because our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos or videos so we can quickly resolve it.

4. Design Approval (Custom Orders)

Before we start production on custom cards and keychains, we’ll send you a design preview. It’s your responsibility to approve it. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made.

5. Product Use

Brio NFC cards and keychains are designed for both personal and business use. We’re not responsible for any restrictions on third-party platforms or compatibility issues with specific devices.
